Lung Cancer

Adenocarcinomas are a type of NSCLC, and it is associated with smoking. This type can also be seen in people who develop lung cancer. They can spread to lymph nodes, and frequently develop at multiple sites of the lungs.  It is increasing in frequency and is more common in women. People with this type of lung cancer tend to have a better prognosis than those with other types of lung cancer.

To improve lung health can have many possible ways. They are to quit smoking because it can make you harder to breath and can cause lung cancer. 
Diaphragmatic breathing, simple deep breathing, counting on your breath, staying hydrated, laughing, and be active.
